Biography

Ms. Dowling is a member of the Business Immigration Group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Ms. Dowling has extensive experience researching and preparing both Nonimmigrant and Immigrant visa petitions.  She has prepared H-1B, L-1, TN-1, O-1, E-3, B-1 and J-1 visa petitions for companies of varying sizes and spanning many industries. With respect to Immigrant Visa applications, she has prepared numerous labor certifications under the Department of Labor's new "PERM" system. She also has prepared numerous Employment and Family-based Immigrant Visa petitions. Ms. Dowling also has experience with respect to "Outstanding Researcher" and “Extraordinary Researcher” petitions, and permanent residence petitions for Multinational Executives.  Ms. Dowling is a member of the Seyfarth Workforce Authorization Team (SWATeam) and has extensive training in the workforce authorization compliance area.

Ms. Dowling is the account manager of several Seyfarth Shaw client teams, and works with Fortune 500 companies, medical and healthcare research facilities, educational institutions, financial investment firms, and private corporations.
