Biography
Mr. Choy is partner in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice is focused on counseling employers on virtually every aspect of retirement and welfare plan design, implementation, administration and termination. He also counsels employers with respect to employee benefits considerations in corporate mergers, acquisitions and other transactions. In addition, Mr. Choy handles executive compensation arrangements. Mr. Choy is a frequent speaker on employee benefits matters.
