Biography
Sharon Ongerth Rossi is an associate in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw. Her practice includes representing management in various labor and employment matters including wage and hour, wrongful termination, harassment and workplace violence. She also counsels employers on a variety of issues, including policy and procedure development, employee disciplinary matters and terminations, disability accommodations, employee benefits and unemployment insurance tax matters. While in law school, Ms. Rossi served as an extern for the Honorable Kim M. Wardlaw, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Honorable Lourdes G. Baird (Retired), U.S. District Court, Central District of California and the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division. Prior to attending law school, she worked in the corporate office of Guess? Jeans, were she dealt with all levels of management in regards to retail store operations.Education
