Biography
Mr. Brown is a partner representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law including discrimination and wrongful termination litigation, general employment advisory matters, contracts, and wage and hour claims. He is experienced in handling multiple plaintiff, collective action and class action employment cases. He has litigated hundreds of cases, including jury trials involving sex, race, sexual harassment and contract claims. Finally, he has represented employers in general labor arbitrations, judicial arbitrations, NASD arbitrations and other administrative hearings.
Mr. Brown is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Using Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies, our SeyfarthLean approach delivers increased value to our clients at a time of increased market pressures and competitive demands.
