Biography
Mr. Rodine is an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He has represented management in labor and employment relations and commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts. This experience includes assisting clients in responding to and defending EEOC, NLRA, DOL, and state charges. In the counseling area, he has assisted clients with human resource management training and employee handbooks. Mr. Rodine has also prosecuted contractual and statutory trade secrets violations.Education
