Biography
Ms. Lee is an associate in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, trade secret, successor liability and unfair competition and unfair business practices claims. Ms. Lee was a law clerk to the Honorable John C. Rayburn, Jr. of the United States District Court of the Central District of California from 2006 to 2007. She also served as as an extern to the Honorable Sheri A. Bluebond of the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California in 2005.
