Biography
Mr. Sell is a partner with experience in a variety of corporate and securities law matters, including stock and asset purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, business divestitures and financings, public and private offerings of securities under both the federal and state securities laws, the formation of joint ventures, the structuring of consulting and distribution arrangements, and the international sale of goods and services. Mr. Sell also has extensive experience advising officers and directors regarding general corporate and business law, federal and state securities compliance issues, and international legal matters.
Mr. Sell represents companies in various industries including manufacturers, insurance companies, computer software and hardware development concerns, and service companies.
