Biography
Mr. Kaminer is a partner in the Real Estate Group. His practice includes most areas of commercial real estate with an emphasis on commercial real estate finance, office leasing, and the structuring of real estate transactions. Mr. Kaminer also has significant experience in the enforcement of remedies and restructuring of debt in distressed real estate transactions.Education
