Biography

Mr. Rizzo is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling. Mr. Rizzo has represented clients in litigation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Illinois Minimum Wage Act, Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, and West Virginia’s Human Rights Act. Mr. Rizzo also counsels various clients on day-to-day employment law matters and assists clients with revisions to employee handbooks, employee-related policies, and employment applications.
