Anne D. Bolling

Biography

Ms. Bolling is Of Counsel practicing in the Firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Department. With more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits, she counsels clients regarding the design and administration of qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, defined benefit pension plans, and cash balance plans. She also advises employers with respect to executive compensation plans, cafeteria plans, health and welfare benefits, and other employee benefit programs. In addition, Ms. Bolling works with tax-exempt entities in designing and administering Section 403(b) plans and Section 457 deferred compensation plans.

Ms. Bolling’s practice includes representing employers and plan fiduciaries in proceedings with the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service, including obtaining favorable determination letters, correcting errors under the Voluntary Correction Program, and resolving potential or assessed penalties for Form 5500 filing deficiencies. In addition, Ms. Bolling works with the Firm’s ERISA and Employee Benefits Litigation group in litigation involving benefit claims and fiduciary liability claims.
