Craig K. Pendergrast

Biography

Mr. Pendergrast is a partner in Seyfarth Shaw’s Litigation Department. Specializing in environmental, real estate, and complex commercial dispute resolution, he has more than 20 years of experience working with clients to assess their risks and resolve their problems through risk allocation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. He works closely with the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and Business Services Department to help clients address a wide variety of environmental matters including transactional, advisory, regulatory, enforcement, and litigation issues.

He is a frequent speaker and writer in the field of environmental law. He presently serves on the Environmental Committee of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and is the sole lawyer on the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District's Technical Coordinating Committee. Mr. Pendergrast served for seven years on the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Conservancy.
