Christopher E. Paetsch

Biography

Mr. Paetsch is a partner focusing his practice on litigation, with particular experience in large commercial and intellectual property cases. He has handled litigation throughout the United States, in both federal and state courts, as well as in private arbitration. Mr. Paetsch has extensive preliminary injunction, bench trial, jury trial and appellate experience. His cases have involved many different industries and technologies, including banking and financial services, business forms, computer hardware and software, electronics, food products, securities, semiconductors and sporting goods.

Mr. Paetsch is a member of the Trade Secrets Group, and he has represented dozens of clients in high-stakes litigation involving trade secrets, non-disclosure agreements and restrictive covenants. Mr. Paetsch also has considerable experience in enforcing and protecting patents, trademarks and copyrights, as well as handling deceptive advertising cases under federal and state law.
