Biography
Mr. Nelson is an associate in the Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He has represented large corporations in breach of contract and anti-trust matters, and also has experience in single and multiple party wage and hour, discrimination, and harassment lawsuits. Mr. Nelson helped prosecute one of the largest wage and hour class actions in California history. Mr. Nelson also has experience in advising clients in various areas of law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and student privacy issues.
