Biography
Ms. Reese is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Real Estate Practice Group, she has experience in a wide range of transactional matters, including real estate financing, real estate acquisitions and sales, real estate development and commercial leasing.
Ms. Reese has extensive experience representing institutional lenders and borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine debt financing. Recent lending transactions include the financing of hotels and office buildings in California, New York, Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and Florida.
Ms. Reese has also represented buyers and sellers in acquisitions and sales of complex real estate assets such as hotels, office buildings, industrial properties, and mixed-use properties.
