Biography

Ms. LeClerc is an associate in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  She has a breadth of commercial litigation experience, including enforcement of employment restrictive covenants and protection of trade secrets, real estate workout matters and condemnation, construction practice, and contract dispute resolution.

In law school, Ms. LeClerc participated in the University of Virginia School of Law Prosecution Clinic, serving as a student prosecutor in the Greene County District Court and Greene County Circuit Court. During her clerkship, she represented the Commonwealth in several misdemeanor and felony trials and acquired extensive experience handling plea negotiations, felony preliminary hearings, suppression hearings, sentencing hearings, and probation violation hearings.
