Biography
Mr. Wiseblood is a partner in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice concentrates on all aspects of creditors' rights litigation and related services. He represents national and community banks, leasing companies, asset-based lenders and real estate developers, with an emphasis on complex bankruptcy cases, commercial workouts, loan restructurings and defense litigation.
Mr. Wiseblood is an Early Settlement Panelist for the San Francisco County Superior Court, helping to settle cases as a neutral. He is also a frequent lecturer and instructor regarding legal writing, bankruptcy and loan workouts in California.
