Biography
Ms. Mertineit is an associate in the litigation practice area of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mertineit served as the Managing Editor of the Boston University School of Law’s Journal of Science and Technology Law. She also participated in the Boston University School of Law Criminal Clinic, serving as a student prosecutor in Quincy District Court. During her internship in Quincy, Ms. Mertineit handled several pretrial conferences, plea negotiations and colloquies, as well as a full trial. Also while at Boston University, Ms. Mertineit completed the Concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution with honors.
Ms. Mertineit is also fluent in French.
