Biography
Mr. Schultz is an associate practicing business and intellectual property law in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Schultz works on a variety of business law issues related to business entity formation and general corporate law issues.
He focuses on business transactions in the technology, software, media, advertising, marketing and promotion industries, including assisting clients in drafting and negotiating advertising, marketing and promotional services agreements, purchase agreements, product development agreements, Web site hosting and development agreements, and licensing agreements. In this regard, he also counsels clients in various advertising, promotion, sweepstakes, trademark, product distribution and other trade and commercial matters.
Mr. Schultz has represented both employers and executives in connection with various aspects of executive compensation, including the negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, severance agreements and other compensation arrangements.
