Biography
Ms. Qushair is a staff attorney in the Labor & Employment Department in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Qushair’s practice involves representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination, employment discimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and breach of contract as well as the defense of single plaintiff and class actions under California law at the trial court and appellate level, including the California Supreme Court. Ms. Qushair also dedicates a large percentage of her practice to advice and counsel work.
Ms. Qushair has represented private employers in a variety of industries, including Hospitality, Personal Service, Transportation, and Communications.
