Biography
Ms. Wan is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and is a member of Seyfarth’s Labor & Employment and Litigation Departments. Ms. Wan represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, business torts, and class action matters.Ms. Wan was a judicial extern to the Honorable Ernest M. Robles at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, during the summer of 2006.
