Ms. Weaver is a Senior Business Immigration Specialist who works extensively with foreign nationals as well as with human resource professionals in gathering information for and preparing initial, extensions of and amendments to nonimmigrant and immigrant visa product lines, including TN, L, H-1B and E, as well as labor certification applications and immigrant visa petitions. Ms. Weaver’s expertise includes significant handling of European-based manufacturing concerns with U.S. operations, including work with blanket L management issues. She is responsible for managing cases, monitoring and adhering to deadlines, and providing responsive and effective customer service to clients. Prior to joining the business immigration field in 1994, Ms. Weaver had worked in the legal profession for 26 years.
