Biography
Ms. Carroll is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has successfully represented employers in labor and employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation actions, NLRB and OSHA cases, as well as wage and hour class action litigation in State and Federal court. She also counsels employers on a variety of issues, including policy and procedure development, wage and hour, grievance proceedings, employee disciplinary matters, disability and accommodation issues, and administrative proceedings. Ms. Carroll also has experience handling general litigation matters, including commercial and real property disputes as well as consumer class actions.Education
