Biography
Yoni Frider is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Frider’s practice is focused on representing private and public companies in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, private placements, PIPE financing, and advising on registration and reporting obligations pursuant to the '33 Act and the '34 Act.
Prior to practicing law in the United States, Mr. Frider was an associate at an Israeli law firm, where he represented private and public companies in corporate and real estate matters.
Mr. Frider served on the Israeli Defense Force from 1994 to 1997.
