Biography
Ms. O'Hara is a partner representing employers in federal and state court and before administrative agencies. She has a particular emphasis in defending employment discrimination actions, wrongful discharge actions and tort actions; drafting employment policies; and preventative counseling. Ms. O'Hara also has been involved in Taft-Hartley matters including unfair labor practice defense and prosecution, labor board representation proceedings, union avoidance campaigns and collective bargaining contract arbitration.
