Biography

Mr. Glenn is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Mr. Glenn’s practice focuses on the defense and prosecution of complex commercial matters involving contract disputes, secured transactions, insurance coverage disputes, fiduciary duty litigation, fraud and other business torts.

Mr. Glenn is uniquely positioned to offer his clients both litigation and general corporate and business services expertise.  In addition to being a practicing attorney, Mr. Glenn is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.  Mr. Glenn advises clients on various general business matters including entity formation, director and officer liability,  issues affecting the rights of shareholders and other related corporate matters. Mr. Glenn’s legal experiences range from representing large corporate clients to representing entrepreneurs in start-up ventures. 

Mr. Glenn earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Lamar University and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Glenn was a member of the Moot Court Board, the Society of Bar and Gavel, and the Black Law Students Association.  Mr. Glenn also participated in various mock trial and moot court competitions, which culminated in Mr. Glenn winning the 1L Moot Court Competition and representing the University of Miami at the National Appellate Advocacy Competition.  Mr. Glenn also earned the distinct honor of being  selected as a judicial intern for the Florida Supreme Court Internship Program for Distinguished Florida Law Students.
