Biography
Mr. Bishop is an associate in the Sacramento office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Labor & Employment Department, his practice focuses on employment litigation in state and federal courts.
Mr. Bishop’s employment litigation practice focuses on representing management in class, multi-plaintiff and single plaintiff employment disputes involving discrimination on the basis of age, race, sex, disability, sexual harassment, national origin, family and medical leave and other protected classifications. He also defends individual and class action wage and hour cases under California law, as well as under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
Mr. Bishop has trial experience as well as experience in various forms of alternative dispute resolution. He also provides advice to clients concerning employment issues.
