Biography
Mr. Manello is Of Counsel in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice includes all aspects of business law, with a primary emphasis in the representation of lenders in secured transactions. Over the course of his career, he has developed standard forms for transactional use for many institutional lenders. Mr. Manello was one of the founders of the law frim Goldstein & Manello. He has been active in community activities on the local and national level.Education
