Biography
Neil A. Capobianco is a partner in the Labor and Employment department in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He specializes in ERISA and wage and hour class action litigation and has represented and advised management in all aspects of labor, employment, and employee benefits law matters.
Mr. Capobianco has successfully defended employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and retaliation claims, conducted jury trails, enforced and defended restrictive covenants, negotiated executive contracts and separation agreements, litigated professional liability cases, and arbitrated collective bargaining grievances and statutory claims. He has spearheaded anti-harassment training for employees of clients and has represented employers before the EEOC, state and local human rights agencies, the unemployment division, and the federal and state departments of labor.
