Biography
Mr. Lutz is an associate in the Construction Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He focuses his practice on the representation of owners, developers, construction managers, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, and surety companies and handles all aspects of construction project consultation and construction litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lutz worked at a national construction consulting firm. During his time in law school, Mr. Lutz interned with the United States Department of Justice in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania and was a judicial clerk extern for the Honorable Arthur J. Schwab of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
