Biography
Mr. Petcher is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His recent practice has focused on representing insurers in insurance coverage disputes and on other complex commercial litigation. Mr. Petcher also has experience litigating ERISA, commercial licensing, and commercial property disputes. Mr. Petcher’s practice spans state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Petcher also has experience with alternative dispute resolution, including contractually mandated arbitration.Education
