Biography
Ms. Rivera- Medero is an associate in the tax practice group in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has experience in drafting corporate documents and limited liability company agreements and has represented clients on FIRPTA issues, such as applications for withholding certificates. Additionally, Ms Rivera-Medero has experience researching treaty benefits, tax audits, controversies, taxation of partnerships and LLCs. She has also worked on applications for federal tax exempt status of non profit organizations
Ms. Rivera- Medero speaks Spanish at a vernacular level and also speaks French at the advanced level.
