Biography
Mr. Lampert is a partner in the real estate practice group who has experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development of commercial, residential, and industrial real estate with a concentration in the areas of structured and real estate finance. Mr. Lampert's recent transactions include:
- Representation of a bridge lender in connection with four (4) loans to a developer totaling in excess of $70 million for the acquisition and redevelopment of shopping centers located in New York and Pennsylvania.
- Representation of a conduit lender in connection with a $123 million loan secured by 43 multifamily residential properties located in Chicago, Illinois.
- Representation of a lender in connection with the $15 million construction and mezzanine financing for the conversion of a Chicago office building to a condominium.
- Representation of a bridge lender in connection with three (3) loans and a preferred equity investment with a real estate investor totaling in excess of $100 million for the acquisition and refinancing of ten (10) office properties located in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
- Representation of a health care lender in connection with a $60 million term and revolving loan facility secured by seven (7) skilled nursing facilities located in California.
- Representation of a conduit lender in connection with a $95 million loan secured by a hotel and waterpark resort located in Wisconsin.
- Representation of a bank in the financing of two (2) IMAX films.
- Representation of a franchise lender in numerous loans to franchise owners in California, Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
- Representation of major retailers in the acquisition of land and development of "big-box" stores in Illinois, Louisiana, and Missouri.
- Representation of pension fund investor in the disposition of a 300-unit apartment complex located in suburban Washington, DC.
