Ms. Hickman is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Hickman’s practice focuses on federal labor and employment litigation, including matters arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and other federal and state statutes.
