Biography
Evan is an associate in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where his practice focuses on commercial real estate finance. His experience includes the representation of banks, conduit and other institutional lenders, as well as developers and other property owners, in the financing and refinancing of commercial properties of all types, including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, affordable housing and other residential housing developments, hotels, recreational facilities and condominium complexes. Evan also has experience in the representation of a wide range of clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate of various types.Education
