Biography
Ms. Gerber is a staff attorney in the Firm's litigation practice group with a practice focused on commercial and general business litigation, construction law and bankruptcy matters. With respect to bankruptcy, Ms. Gerber's practice focuses on the representation of both secured and nonsecured creditors, and the defense of their rights in bankruptcy proceedings.Education
