Biography
Ms. Joyce is an associate in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She practices in the area of commercial litigation, with particular experience in cases involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation and antitrust violations. Ms. Joyce has represented a wide range of commercial clients, including residential developers, health care providers, manufacturers, property managers and telecommunications carriers, through all phases of litigation.
Ms. Joyce is a volunteer with the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic, representing clients seeking executive clemency.
