Biography
Ms. Chung is a staff attorney in the Labor and Employment practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Washington, D.C. office. She advises employers in the areas of equal employment opportunity compliance, wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, wage and hour compliance, family and medical leave, privacy issues, personnel policies and handbooks, employment contracts, alternative dispute resolution, non-competition agreements, labor relations, and trade secret protection. She regularly represents and counsels clients on matters before the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs including compliance, audits, and affirmative action plans. She also represents employers in employment litigation, including lawsuits brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, state fair employment laws, and wrongful discharge actions.Education
