Biography

Jack Mula is of counsel in the Corporate and Finance Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Prior to joining Seyfarth, Mr. Mula was counsel to the New England Patriots, where he served as the primary negotiator of player contracts and was the club's legal and business liaison to the National Football League Management Council. He also was responsible for the negotiation and review of business contracts, including sponsorships, promotions, hospitality, naming rights, stadium operations, real estate, concerts, special events and the planning and development of Gillette Stadium.

Prior to working with the Patriots, Mr. Mula was a successful sports attorney and player agent whose clients included many marquee National Football League players. Additionally, he was a city attorney for Waltham, Massachusetts; is a past co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Sports and Entertainment Law Committee and is a frequent guest speaker at academic institutions and community service organizations.
