Biography
Ms. Donovan is a member of the Construction Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Donovan focuses her practice on the representation of public and private owners, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers and handles all aspects of construction project consultation and construction litigation. Ms. Donovan also has extensive experience in land use, zoning, and other real estate litigation. She has significant trial experience and has defended a large number of individuals, corporations, municipalities, and non profits against a variety of lawsuits at both the trial and appellate levels.
In her capacity as a member of the Complex Tort and Product Liability Group, Ms. Donovan also practices extensively in the field of premises and products liability defense. She has functioned as regional and national coordinating counsel for groups of both premises and products liability cases.
