Biography
Todd Hunt is a partner in the Los Angeles office. He is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, from early evaluation and investigation through trial, in the areas of trade secrets, commercial, safety, civil rights (access), employment, and government contract matters. Mr. Hunt also frequently consults with and represents employers in their appeal of Cal/OSHA citations resulting from workplace injuries and fatalities and in responding to other design and chemical safety claims. Mr. Hunt’s information systems and engineering background, as well as his extensive representation of manufacturers, provides him with unique and valuable insight into the design, application, and legal protection of technology.Education
