Biography
Mrs. Mir is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has represented employers in protected class litigations, such as defending claims based upon age, race, religion, gender, sexual harassment, national origin, and disability. Mrs. Mir has also counseled employers to related state and federal laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination Act (ADEA) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Additionally she has represented employers against unfair labor practice charges and labor strikes.Education
