Biography

Mr. Roseman has 28 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, project financings (lender and borrower representation), partnership and limited liability company formation and structuring, construction contracts, and office, retail and industrial leasing (landlord and tenant representation).

Transactions handled by Mr. Roseman have included numerous development projects from joint venture structuring and formation, through land acquisition, construction contracts and construction financing, to lease-up and permanent financing (including conduit loan transactions). His development projects have included numerous business parks as well as stand alone office buildings, shopping centers and big-box retail projects.

Mr. Roseman's practice has a heavy emphasis in office leasing. He regularly handles the largest office lease transactions in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as in other major metropolitan areas across the country. In addition to his office leasing practice, Mr. Roseman has substantial retail leasing experience through his representation of local and regional shopping centers and national retail tenants.

In 2008 Mr. Roseman was selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer for the fourth consecutive year by San Francisco and Law & Politics magazines, which annually select five percent of Northern California attorneys for this honor.
