Biography
Mr. Gardner is a partner and heads the International practice of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Gardner specializes in assisting multinational clients with large multi-jurisdictional compliance and strategic HR projects and cross-border employment-related matters.
Mr. Gardner assists multinational corporate clients with the full range of employment law matters including:
- employment and labor issues arising from mergers and acquisitions
- multi-jurisdictional employment law compliance issues
- terminations - individual and large scale reductions in force
- employment and contingent workforce arrangements and documentation
- employment-related privacy and data protection
