Biography
Ms. Waldman, who has been practicing law since 1985, has extensive transactional, leasing and general real estate experience. As the former Deputy General Counsel to Kin Properties, Inc., a national real estate company with over 30,000,000 square feet of retail, commercial, industrial and office space, Ms. Waldman’s experience included sales, acquisitions, leasing, ground leasing, sale-leaseback and future interest transactions, and tax-deferred exchanges. Ms. Waldman was also a former partner at Gagliardi & Waldman, and an Associate with the Real Estate Department of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon.Education
