Trials and Arbitrations
- Bellevue v. Prudential Insurance Company of America, National Association of Securities Dealers (March 2005 trial). After nine days of arbitration in this breach of contract, unfair competition and defamation case, the NASD granted Prudential's motion for directed verdict.
- Grabisch v. Schoenfeld, Alameda Superior Court (November 2004). After a three week jury trial in this elder abuse and fraud case, the jury rendered a partial verdict for Mr. Grabisch, our client, for fraud.
- Watson v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (National Association of Securities Dealers (October 2002 trial). After three days of arbitration in this sex harassment and sexual battery case, the NASD granted Wells Fargo's motion for directed verdict.
