Served on a panel with Michael Bailey (who was then Attorney-Adviser (Tax)/Tax Law Specialist, Senior Technical Reviewer (SRT) in Branch 5, Financial Institutions and Products) and C. Willis Ritter at the University of Virginia School of Law.
