- Representation of the managing member in an equity recapitalization, and related debt assumption, involving three apartment projects in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
- Representation of a major institutional equity investor in a loan workout involving a high rise condominium project in Miami, Florida.
- Representation of a mezzanine lender in a loan restructuring in order to capture additional collateral which involved six apartment projects in the Central Valley of California.
- Representation of a non-profit educational institution in the acquisition of land for residential development on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, which also involved complex environmental remediation issues.
