Labor/Litigation Secretary - Los Angeles

Seeking an experienced Labor/Litigation Secretary with minimum 5 years of litigation experience. Computer proficiency, excellent typing and outstanding client communication skills are essential. Duties will include, but are not limited to, providing administrative and secretarial support to assigned attorneys, coordinating court filings, revising legal documents, transcription, creating and updating table of contents, table of authorities and converting documents from PDF to Microsoft Word. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint required. Previous law firm experience is highly preferred. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented and possess advanced Microsoft Word skills.
