The Washington, DC office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a full-service national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Labor & Employment associate with five to seven years of employment litigation experience, as well as substantive employment law expertise in advising and counseling employers. Experience working on complex litigation matters, such as class and collective actions preferred. Strong research & writing skills and outstanding academic credentials are required.
