16th Annual NASAPP Conference

Arthur Meyers, Partner in the Boston office, has been selected as a key speaker for the upcoming, “16th Annual NASPP Conference,” to be held in New Orleans from October 21-24, 2008. Mr. Meyers will participate in the session “The Roadmap: How to Implement Net Exercises,” which will illustrate how companies can use this innovative option exercise technique to reduce plan dilution. Mr. Meyers will also participate in the session “162(m) for Dummies,” a primer on Section 162(m) for stock plan professionals.
